We have installed Zoom Pro as a virtual platform to conduct mediations during the current health crisis. We are also receiving professional training online on how to use the virtual platform to maintain the confidentiality and privilege required in mediation. Our office is doing this in the spirit of Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Canady’s recent message noting that the work of Justice cannot grind to a halt, but it must be done in a way that protects the public health.
Please contact our office for more information and help in setting up a virtual mediation. Our mediators have agreed to conduct practice virtual sessions at no cost, as a professional courtesy to familiarize your attorneys and staff with the process.
